Darlington have appointed former Boston United chairman Jon Sotnick as their new chief executive. Sotnick, 39, resigned from his position at York Street last week, having taken over the club in February 2004.
"I am thrilled to be joining Darlington and am excited by the challenge," Sotnick told Darlington's website.
"The chairman George Houghton has a five-year vision for the development of this club, and I had no hesitation in deciding to become a part of it."
