Dagenham and Redbridge have completed the signing of Alex Osborn from Essex neighbours Grays Athletic.
The 16-year-old joined Grays last September and scored two goals for the relegated side.
The striker has agreed a three-year contract at Victoria Road but is likely to start next season back on loan with Grays in the Ryman Premier League.
Osborn is unlikely to feature in the Daggers' League Two play-off semi-final with Morecambe on Sunday.
