Dagenham & Redbridge boss John Still has signed midfielder Solomon Taiwo on a month's loan from Blue Square South side Sutton United. The 21-year-old, who started his career at Millwall, made his Daggers debut in their 1-0 Johnstone's Paint Trophy win at Leyton Orient on Tuesday.
Taiwo lasted 57 minutes of the game before being substituted.
He has been with Sutton since March following earlier spells with Bromley, Maidenhead and Weymouth.
Taiwo was at the centre of an investigation by the Conference in April 2006 after he was alleged to have played for Weymouth without international clearance.
The Terras took four points from the two Conference South games in which he played, but won the league by eight clear points and their promotion was unaffected.
