Striker Cliff Akurang has joined Dagenham & Redbridge on a two-year contract, reports BBC Essex. Akurang, 24, moves from Ryman Premier Division side Heybridge Swifts for an undisclosed four-figure fee.
Akurang recently spent six weeks on loan at Victoria Road, and his signing follows the departure of Tresor Kandol to Barnet for 50,000.
"I hope we will see him continue the form he showed during his loan period," boss John Still told the club website.
"He turned down a number of offers from other clubs, and I'm sure he'll become a favourite with the crowd."
