Holland took over as Crewe first-team coach in summer 2007
Crewe first-team coach Steve Holland has said he knows the patience of the League One basement side's board will not last if results do not improve.
Some sections of the Crewe fans again called for Holland to be sacked during Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Peterborough.
He told BBC Radio Stoke: "We're all working together to improve results, but neither myself, the players, the board or the fans are happy.
"The board are being supportive, but I know that faith won't last forever."
The point earned against the Posh failed to lift the Alex from the foot of the League One table and Holland says he will need to improve his squad if they are to move away from trouble.
"We're trying to bring one or two in to strengthen us a little bit to give us a better chance of getting out of it.
"The spirit is intact and we have some good players, with a break or two and a bit of confidence the situation could quite quickly look very different."
