Crawley striker Matt Tubbs has praised the club's team spirit after they went top of Blue Square Bet Premier.
The 26-year-old scored a brace as the Reds beat Gateshead 2-1 on Saturday to leapfrog AFC Wimbledon.
He told BBC Sussex: "I'm enjoying it here and I'm not the only one. It's a great atmosphere and we've got a great dressing room here.
"I've always said team spirit goes a long way in football. Hopefully we can stay at the top of the league."
Crawley face closest challengers AFC Wimbledon on Thursday.

"I like going to places like Wimbledon because they've got a good following," Tubbs said.
"We know it's going to be a big game but we know if we lose we'll pick up points elsewhere.
"More than anything our aim is to go there and not lose."
