A winding-up order against Crawley Town has been dismissed at the Royal Courts of Justice.
The case was thrown out by the Companies Court on Wednesday.
The Blue Square Bet Premier club told BBC Sussex they had been fully aware of the order, and said the particular debt had been paid over a month ago.
Earlier this month co-director Bruce Winfield said Crawley had cleared all their debts. The club has since gone on an unprecedented transfer spree.
