Stranraer have signed striker Stephen McConalogue after the 26-year-old had his Cowdenbeath contract terminated.
The former Dundee United and Partick Thistle forward has agreed a one-year deal at Stair Park.
McConalogue joined Stranraer on loan in January and scored five goals in 20 appearances for the Blues.
"His pace and approach play is superb as well as his eye for goal," Stranraer assistant manager Keith Knox told the club website.
"He was one of the stand-out players in the run-in and we expect him to make a real difference in our forthcoming Division Two campaign."
