Keiren Westwood confident Coventry's run will continue
Westwood kept a clean sheet against Forest on Tuesday
Coventry City goalkeeper Keiren Westwood believes the Sky Blues can continue their steady climb up the Championship table.
Tuesday's 1-0 home win over Nottingham Forest stretched City's unbeaten run to four matches and moved them up to 14th.
Westwood told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: "We've got to make the Ricoh a fortress, keep grinding out the wins and just keep picking up points.
"The league's really tight so we'll keep plugging away and stay unbeaten."
The Sky Blues find themselves six points off the play-off places and five above the relegation zone.
Coventry lost striker Leon Best on transfer deadline day earlier this month to Newcastle and Westwood himself was subject to a late bid from Spurs.
But the shot-stopper feels that the current squad have enough about them to continue their run of results, and is looking up the table rather than down.
He added: "The team spirit's fantastic and the boys are all together.
"That's only going to hold us in good stead to keep moving forward."
The Sky Blues are next in action against QPR at the Ricoh Arena on Saturday, 13 February with full match commentary on BBC Coventry & Warwickshire (coverage starts at 1400 GMT).
