Coventry City skipper Scott Dann has urged his team-mates to start performing or get used to struggling in the bottom half of the Championship.
Saturday's 2-0 defeat to Crystal Palace saw the Sky Blues drop three places to 17th, with just one win in six games.
"We don't want to be in the bottom half but if we play like that, it is where we will be", Dann told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire.
Coventry take on Plymouth Argyle on Saturday at the Ricoh Arena.
And Dann also added: "I have got to try to make sure the players are ready for the next game.
"But I think we need to take a look at ourselves after the performance against Palace."
