Coventry midfielder Stephen Hughes is on the mend after being knocked out in Saturday's 2-0 home win over Leicester. Hughes, who fractured his cheekbone earlier this season, was treated on the pitch for over five minutes after being hit on the head by the ball.
He will miss this week's away trips to Burnley and Scunthorpe but should be back in training before the weekend.
Manager Chris Coleman is relieved it was not worse: "We thought it might have been his cheekbone again."
Coleman added: "His health is okay and we'll have him back shortly.
"He won't be ready for Burnley and he won't be ready for Scunthorpe but the main thing is he's going to be okay."
Hughes' team-mates were not initially aware of the seriousness of the incident.
"Marcus Hall said he was faking it at first," joked left-back Dan Fox. "I saw him roll over and his eyelids were fluttering and it was not a very nice sight to see."
"It may have helped us as well. It made us want to win even more especially for Hughesie. It spurred us on to get the three points."
