| Coventry City midfielder Stephen Hughes has revealed how he discovered he has been playing with a broken rib for the last month. The 31-year-old picked up the injury during September, but played on through the pain and the injury has healed. He told the club's website: "I felt something a while back but initial scans showed no damage so I carried on. "I was still in pain and another one showed I had actually broken a rib, I'm like the Bert Trautman of Coventry."
