Coventry chairman Ray Ranson has called a meeting for Thursday, 3 January at the Ricoh Arena to urge shareholders to give him their stakes in the club. Ranson's Sisu Capital saved the club from administration after taking over at the Ricoh Arena on 14 December.
A statement on the Sky Blues website read: "Supporters who have not yet transferred their shares to Sisu Capital are encouraged to attend.
"Ranson will answer questions in the Legend Lounge from 1830 GMT."
