Colchester United have signed striker Ian Henderson on a free transfer.
The 24-year-old forward joins from Turkish side Ankaragucu and has previously played for Luton, Northampton, Rotherham and Norwich.
"I know Ian from my time as youth team coach at Norwich," U's manager Aidy Boothroyd told BBC Essex.
"He's one of those players you hate playing against because he just doesn't stop running so he'll be a good addition for us," he added.
