Gobern has made 13 appearances since joining Wolves as a trainee

Colchester United have extended the loan deal for Wolves winger Lewis Gobern until the end of the season.

The 24-year-old had originally joined the League One play-off hopefuls in mid-January for one month.

Gobern, who has not featured for the Wolves first-team in two years due to injury, started in Colchester's 2-0 win at Carlisle on Saturday.

His long-term Wolves future is in doubt with his contract running out at the end of the current season.
