Colchester United have agreed a seven-figure sponsorship deal with a building firm for their new stadium.

The site to the north of Colchester will be known as the Weston Homes Community Stadium.

The Essex-based building firm have signed a 10-year deal with the U's which is worth up to �2m.

Colchester will move into their new stadium this summer, and as part of the agreement Weston Homes will also sponsor next season's home shirts.
