Chesterfield have signed Peterborough United defender Scott Griffiths on a one-month loan deal.
Griffiths made more than 200 appearances for Dagenham & Redbridge before joining Posh in January 2010.
The 24-year-old full-back will go straight into the squad for Chesterfield's match against Barnet.
Spireites manager John Sheridan has also confirmed that Manchester City winger Donal McDermott will not be joining the club.
