New Chester City manager Mark Wright wants to make changes in defence after his side were beaten 2-1 by Morecambe at the Deva Stadium on Saturday.

City conceded their 42nd goal of the season and had Kevin Ellison sent off in what was their 11th defeat of the current campaign.

Wright told BBC Radio Merseyside: "I think there's goals in this team but I think they're going to concede goals.

"It's something we have to look at very, very quickly."
