Chester City chairman Stephen Vaughan admits he is getting frustrated with the delays in securing new investment for the League Two club. Spain-based company ISM approached Chester about a potential investment over a month ago.
But Vaughan told the club website: "We have had further talks with ISM, but still the deal doesn't get any closer.
"I am getting frustrated by the promises. If we can't strike a deal then we will move on with our lives."
