Chester City owner Stephen Vaughan is to continue talks with potential investors in the League Two club. The ISM group, led by Spanish-based businessman Richard Downes, have met with Vaughan to discuss taking a stake in the Deva Stadium outfit.
Vaughan told the Daily Post: "Because of the confidentiality agreement I can't say too much.
"But a deal will only be concluded if it is in the best interests of Chester City Football Club."
