Cheltenham Town striker Damian Spencer has won his appeal against the red card he received during Saturday's 5-3 defeat by MK Dons.
Spencer came on as a second-half substitute and scored a 13-minute hat-trick before being sent off for a tackle on Dons skipper Dean Lewington.
The Football Association's disciplinary committee upheld the appeal and lifted the three-match suspension.
Spencer is now available for selection against Scunthorpe at the weekend.
