Owusu's last Yeovil goal was on 23 August against Leeds

Cheltenham Town have signed Yeovil striker Lloyd Owusu on a free transfer.

The Ghana-born 31-year-old has joined the Robins on a one-year contract with an option to extend.

Owosu scored 11 goals for the Glovers last season and has netted over 100 times in more than 400 senior matches during his career.

Meanwhile, Leicester striker Barry Hayles has turned down a six-month stay at Whaddon Road and will have his loan reviewed on a monthly basis.
