Cheltenham Town face an anxious few weeks waiting to find out if they will benefit from sharing Whaddon Road with Bristol Rovers next season.
Rovers' latest application to redevelop the Memorial Stadium into an 18,000-seater venue was approved on Wednesday by Bristol City Council.
The Pirates will need a temporary home while the rebuild job is carried out.
Cheltenham stand to benefit from a six figure sum if Rovers do move in at Whaddon Road while the work is done.
A ground-share deal had been agreed between the two clubs last year, when the plans to rebuild the Memorial Stadium were initially approved.
But Rovers are understood to have explored other options during the delay caused by revising their plans and submitting a second planning application.
