Chelsea's William Gallas has refuted reports that he wants to leave Stamford Bridge, although he does want to discuss his future with Jose Mourinho. The French defender has been frustrated at being asked to play out of position at left-back as cover for injured duo Wayne Bridge and Paulo Ferreira.
"It is not true I may leave," Gallas, 27, told French newspaper L'Equipe.
"But although I will sacrifice until the end of the season, we'll then have to clarify things once and for all."
Bridge broke his ankle in February's FA Cup defeat at Newcastle and is out for the rest of the season.
That setback came quick on the heels of Celestine Babayaro's move to the Magpies in the transfer window and when Ferreira broke a bone in his foot Gallas stepped into the breach.
He has previously described himself as "suffering" and "sacrificing" himself for the benefit of the team.
"Of course, I know that with the injuries the manager has no other solution than to play me on the left and I can accept it for the moment," he added.
"But it's very difficult. I never feel as if I've given my best.
"I will go on in that position until the end of the season but then things must be clear. I don't like to play left-back, I am not comfortable, I am not at my best and it has to change."
