Charlton Athletic winger Kyel Reid will be out of action for a month after suffering ankle ligament damage in Saturday's defeat by Brighton.
The 22-year-old former West Ham man had to leave the field on a stretcher in the 4-0 loss at The Valley.
He underwent on scan on Monday which confirmed that he will be on the sidelines until mid-November.
Reid joined Charlton from Sheffield United in July after spending much of last season on loan from the Blades.
