Charlton manager Phil Parkinson has apologised to the fans for Saturday's 4-1 defeat at Sheffield Wednesday.
The Addicks are seven points adrift at the bottom of the Championship table with only four wins to their name.
Parkinson told BBC London 94.9: "I apologise to the supporters who travelled and came all the way up to see us because that wasn't good enough.
"I feel for them more than anybody, if I'd have paid good money to come up and watch that I wouldn't be happy."
