Charlton Athletic have signed striker Stuart Fleetwood, who was out of contract after rejecting a new deal at non-league side Forest Green Rovers.
Fleetwood, 22, has signed a three-year deal to become the Addicks' second signing of the summer.
Because he is under 24, Charlton must pay a compensation fee, which will be decided by a tribunal unless the two clubs agree a fee before then.
The former Wales Under-21 international scored 36 goals last season.
He had attracted the interest of several League clubs and turned down a move to Crewe in January after scoring most of his goals in the first half of the season.
Fleetwood was voted the Blue Square Premier's player of the season and also won the Golden Boot.
