Celtic chief executive Peter Lawwell says his club's priority remains a new contract for Stilian Petrov, despite the signing of Roy Keane. There were reports that talks with Bulgaria midfielder Petrov, whose current deal ends in 18 months, could stall following Keane's arrival.
But Lawwell said: "That will have absolutely no affect at all.
"We believe they are going pretty well at the moment. It is still our highest priority to get Stilian to stay here."
