Teenager Ramsey's first-goal joy

Aaron Ramsey
Aaron Ramsey was delighted to score his first Bluebirds goal

Cardiff City's teenage midfielder Aaron Ramsey was delighted with a first goal for the club that helped them earn a point at Burnley on Saturday.

The 17-year-old's spectacular goal drew the Bluebirds level after they had fallen 2-0 down. It was 3-3 at the end when skipper Darren Purse was sent off.

Ramsey said: "I was very pleased to get my first goal for the club.

"It's nice that we got a point in the end because we had a man sent off and we all worked hard to get that point."

Ramsey was also contented with the team's efforts, adding: "I'm pleased with my goal, but we went out there to do a job and that's what we did."
