Warren Feeney is out of contract with Luton in the summer |
Cardiff have signed Luton striker Warren Feeney on loan until the end of the season, with a full move to follow. The Bluebirds say Feeney has also agreed a three-year deal to join the Welsh club on permanent terms from the start of next season.
The Northern Ireland international, 26, is out of contract at Kenilworth Road at the end of this season.
Former Bournemouth star Feeney, a Leeds trainee, joined the Hatters from Stockport for 150,000 in March 2005.
Although he has only scored four goals this season, Feeney has been prolific at his previous clubs and will be valuable cover at Cardiff for injured top-scorer Michael Chopra.
