Cardiff manager Dave Jones praised the performance of former Wales goalkeeper Mark Crossley in Saturday's 0-0 draw at Sheffield Wednesday.

The 37-year-old was in inspired form for the Owls, stopping everything that Cardiff could throw at him.

"He made some great saves, he's experienced, he's a good keeper and knows what it's all about," Jones said.

"The best save of the day was when we slipped Michael Chopra in, because Mark read it the way only top keepers do."
