Nigel Clough has been at the helm for 572 games over 10 years
It is 10 years to the day since Nigel Clough was named Burton Albion manager.
Clough has in that time guided the club to their only championship (in the Unibond League) and seen his part-timers hold Manchester United to an FA Cup third round replay.
Although there have been some stressful occasions, like losing five home games on the trot in his first season, Clough says there have been plenty of highs.
He told BBC Radio Derby: "[The highlights are] winning the league and getting us to this level and the cup games."
And Clough says despite having a football icon for a father - former Nottingham Forest boss Brian - he has found his own path.
"It would have been extremely foolish to try and follow in his footsteps, I was never ever going to be as good as him, never going to achieve what he's achieved so we'll just go about it in our own way and see how we go."
Clough's achievements as Burton manager are extremely impressive. He has managed the Brewers for 572 senior games, has played 305 himself and, as well as the Unibond League title in 2002, led the Brewers to their first and only cup success, the Southern League Cup in 2000.
