Burton 2-0 Stevenage

Michael Simpson scored twice as high-flying Burton cruised past Stevenage to claim their fourth successive victory.

After a goalless first half Simpson slotted in his first goal of the season from close range after half an hour.

Stevenage had their chances and they should have levelled with Luke Oliver heading Michael Bostwick's cross wide.

The visitors poured forward but Simpson made sure of the points when the former Leyton Orient midfielder headed home a cross from Keith Gilroy.
