Blake has made 199 appearances in two spells for Burnley
Burnley striker Robbie Blake says he will consider his options at Turf Moor in a month if he has failed to work his way back into the starting line-up.
The 32-year-old, who has started just two league matches this season, could be on the bench again against former club Birmingham this Saturday.
"I'm frustrated that I'm not playing," Blake told BBC Radio Lancashire.
"But I just have to knuckle down and get on with it. Maybe in a month's time I'll have to re-address it."
Middlesbrough-born Blake initially joined Burnley from Bradford City for 1million in January 2002, before moving to Birmingham City for 1.25m three years later.
He moved to Leeds United before the start of the following season, before Steve Cotterill brought him back to Turf Moor in a 250,000 deal in July 2007.
But, despite being selected for this season's first three games by Owen Coyle, he has only made the bench since - and is yet to break his duck for the current campaign.
"I need to play at the end of the day," he said, "so I'll have to have a look at that in the next month or so.
"Hopefully I can get in the team before then but, if not, I'll have to have a rethink and see what happens."
