Three sign Bristol Rovers deals

Mark Wright
Wright joins Rovers from Brighton, where he spent just two months

Bristol Rovers have signed Denmark under-21 goalkeeper Mikkel Andersen, midfielder Mark Wright and extended the month-long deal of keeper Rhys Evans.

Andersen, 20, has signed on loan from Reading until 1 January while Evans, 27, has penned a contract that will keep him at Rovers for the season.

Midfielder Wright has joined from Brighton for an undisclosed fee.

The 27-year-old previously played for MK Dons for two years scoring 18 goals in 66 league appearances.

Wright featured in the Dons squad that won the League Two title and the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

Rovers director of football Lennie Lawrence said: "We have been chasing these transfer targets for some time and are pleased these deals have now been done.

"Mark Wright was one of our main transfer targets in the summer, so it is great news that he is now a Rovers player."
