Defender Carl Regan has turned down the offer of a new contract at MK Dons to sign a two-year deal at Bristol Rovers.
The 29-year-old can play anywhere across the defence and has almost 200 league appearances to his name.
Regan was on the Everton's books before moving to Barnsley, where he made his professional debut in August 2000.
He has also played for Hull, Chester and Macclesfield and made 31 MK Dons appearances last term, including both legs of the Scunthorpe play-off loss.
