Bristol City boss Keith Millen feeling the pressure
Millen has overseen Bristol City's worst start to the season in 28 years
Bristol City manager Keith Millen has confessed that his side's poor run of form is having an impact on him.
City are rooted to the bottom of the Championship table, and have won just once in nine games since Millen took over from Steve Coppell.
"The pressure's on but all you can do is keep working hard," Millen told BBC Points West.
"I think you need to switch off from the job if you can but I'm finding that difficult at the moment."
Millen continued: "In the two-week break I thought about going away but it was on my mind, so decided to take advantage of that and do a lot of work from home.
I know how I want to work and the players know that and as long as I know I've done my job I can sleep a little bit easier

"These time are tough and I don't think it's right to be going away when you need to get three points."
The 44-year-old took over the management reigns at Ashton Gate after Steve Coppell's sudden departure in August.
Millen has had to deal with an injury crisis which means he is still without last season's top goalscorer Nicky Maynard, as well as integrating several new signings, some of which were made by his predecessor.
And Millen has the ignominy of overseeing the worst start to a Bristol City season since the 1982/83 campaign.
