Bristol City captain Louis Carey is desperate to regain his place in the team to help his side's promotion push. The 30-year-old has played just one game since Christmas because of an Achilles injury and then a toe problem.
"I got back fit and played the Sheffield Wednesday game and felt OK," he told BBC Radio Bristol.
"But then with my toe injury I couldn't do any running so it was just bike work again, so at the minute I feel like a cyclist rather than a football player."

The Scottish defender feels his rehabilitation over the last four weeks has been frustratingly slow.
"I've only played a half in the reserves but that was because I couldn't play a full game because we didn't want it to react badly. It hasn't reacted too much.
"I'd have liked to have played more games but as soon as your chance comes around you've got to try and take it."
