Bristol City boss Gary Johnson has targeted Charlton winger Lloyd Sam in a bid to bolster his injury-hit squad. Johnson told the Bristol Evening Post: "He is one of five or six we have made enquiries about as we look to strengthen the squad."
Sam was loaned out to Sheffield Wednesday this season and also enjoyed a spell at Leyton Orient.
Johnson has contacted the Premiership club and could have the 22-year-old in his ranks by Saturday.
