Versatile Adam El-Abd is closing in on his 150th Brighton appearance |
Brighton manager Dean Wilkins says he could continue with Adam El-Abd and Steve Thomson in central midfield. The pair played together for the first time in the 3-0 win over Crewe with El-Abd moved forward from centre-back.
Manager Dean Wilkins told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "We won the ball back quickly and when they had the ball they showed great calmness."
Brighton are short on central midfielders with Paul Reid and Tommy Fraser both out through injury.
