Brighton manager Dean Wilkins has been handed a boost after Ipswich midfielder Matt Richards extended his loan spell for a third month. Richards, 22, completes his second month at the Withdean on Saturday but boss Jim Magilton has agreed to let him stay for a third and final month.
He has made 12 appearances for the Seagulls since joining on loan at the end of September.
Richards is a product of Ipswich's youth academy.
