Brighton defender Adam Hinshelwood is hoping to take a step closer to a first-team comeback this week. The 22-year-old has been sidelined with knee ligament damage and has not played since March 2005, but now plans a 90-minute run-out for the reserves.
"I've had tasters of about an hour now, and I've been back in training for a while," he told the Argus newspaper.
"The knee has felt fine and strong. It's just a matter of fitness, and that is gradually getting there."
