Weston has played up front since joining Brentford in July
A Football League tribunal have told Brentford they must pay £25,000 for summer signing Myles Weston.
Despite being out of contract, the Bees had to pay a fee for the 21-year-old winger as he was under the age of 23.
Additional payments of £10,000 will be made to Notts County for every 10 games he plays for the club.
Brentford must also pay the League Two club £40,000 should they achieve promotion to the Championship within the next two seasons.
Weston, 21, made 78 appearances for Notts County after joining the club from Charlton in 2007. He started the current season as a striker due to Brentford's injury problems, scoring twice on his debut away to Carlisle.
