"We have not got enough personnel but we are not pushing to get the wrong person in," he told BBC London.

"Someone may be a good player but if they disrupt the dynamic in the dressing-room, they are not for me."

On their current form, he added: "The players have smiles on their faces which shows I'm doing the right thing."
