Bradford are to sign striker Gareth Evans from Macclesfield Town after the two clubs agreed a fee.
The 21-year-old has agreed personal terms with Bradford and will officially join the club on 1 July.
Evans told BBC Radio Leeds: "I wanted to come and play in front of the fans and I'm looking forward to it.
"There were quite a few other clubs interested but as soon as I knew Bradford were interested - a club of this magnitude - I wanted to come."
"The first game I ever played for Macclesfield was here against about 14,000 so as soon as I knew they were interested it was almost a done deal."

Evans was on the books at Manchester United before having a spell at Crewe, who released him in 2006.
A proposed move to Port Vale fell through and he later joined Macclesfield, where he scored 19 goals during two years at Moss Rose.
