Four Bradford City players may have to cancel their planned two-week holiday in Mexico because of the threat of swine flu in the country.

Nicky Law, Dean Furman, Kyle Nix and Joe Colbeck are now waiting on news on whether the holiday was to be scrapped.

"The travel agents have cancelled holidays up until 6 May, so I'm waiting for a phone call as we go on the 26th," Law told BBC Radio Leeds.

"I don't think the club would be happy with us bringing swine flu back here."

Bradford City end their season at Chesterfield on Saturday after failing to make the League Two play-offs due to a terrible end-of-season run that saw them claim just one win in 10 matches.

Colbeck added: "It's all bought and paid for, so if it was cancelled hopefully we'd get our money back.

"My mum rang me and told me what was happening in Mexico and I thought she was joking.

"When I realised she wasn't I was devastated."
