Bradford boss Stuart McCall has escaped a touchline ban after successfully appealing against an FA charge.
McCall was charged with using foul or abusive language towards a match official during City's 3-3 draw at Luton in January.
McCall has instead been fined for entering the field of play in the game.
Meanwhile assistant manager Wayne Jacobs has been charged with improper conduct after being sent to the stands in the recent loss at Rochdale.
