Bradford City's Lee Bullock successfully got through his first game in three months on Tuesday afternoon.
The midfielder, 27, played 45 minutes as he made his comeback from knee ligament damage in City's reserves' 2-1 home defeat by Hartlepool United.
Bullock told the Telegraph & Argus: "People might say it's only the reserves but after being out so long, you just want to be playing football."
Rangers loanee midfielder Dean Furman also made an appearance after injury.
