McCall was disappointed to see his side surrender a two-goal lead on Saturday
Bradford City manager Stuart McCall felt Saturday's 2-2 draw against Gillingham at Valley Parade was two points dropped.
The Bantams were two goals up at half-time but conceded a late equaliser to the 10-man Gills.
McCall told BBC Radio Leeds: "We've defended well in the first half and we come out [in the second] and gave them such a lift in the first three minutes.
"So it's a massive disappointment - we've lost two points."
After racing into a two-goal lead at half-time, McCall felt it was a game they should have gone on to win.
"Nice set-piece goal that we'd worked on, and then to get a goal just before half-time - with the run they're on away from home, that should have been game over.
"From there on we made decision after decision wrongly.
We never passed it well enough against 10 men - you've got to stretch teams
Bradford boss Stuart McCall
"They go down to 10 men - which from where I was was a a disgraceful decision by the referee - but that seemed to galvanise them.
"We never worked it, we never got on the ball and went into areas where we had an extra man, and I was just disappointed with the decision making.
"We've got experienced players out there and we never passed it well enough against 10 men - you've got to stretch teams."
