The prospective new owners of cash-strapped Bournemouth have been unveiled as EU UK Ltd.
The company's four directors are Ian Mathison and Tom Frost and a further two local businessmen whose identities as yet remain unknown.
The consortium was led by local businessman Marc Jackson, but he is unlikely to have any role in the running of the Cherries.
They have until Monday to complete the purchase of the club.
Mathison, who is likely to be appointed chairman, admitted neither he nor Frost have watched Kevin Bond's team in action.
But he did confirm the company's other two directors are local businessmen who are "keen Bournemouth supporters" and would be known in the area.
Jackson's consortium edged out a bid led by club chairman Jeff Mostyn.
Bournemouth, who have debts of 4m and had faced liquidation, entered administration in early February.
Under Football League rules, the move cost them a mandatory 10-point deduction and plunged them into the League One relegation zone.
